The Zambia 100 Kwacha Banknote was issued by the Bank of Zambia in 1991. This purple banknote features the coat of arms of Zambia, palm trees, a fish eagle, and a portrait of President Kenneth Kaunda. It also shows a hand holding a torch. The reverse depicts a water buffalo’s head, the Freedom Statue in Lusaka, and a rainbow with Victoria Falls in the background. The banknote contains a windowed security thread and a watermark that reveals an image of Kenneth Kaunda. This banknote is 141 x 70 mm in size and is in uncirculated condition. Additionally, it has been TAP authenticated with a grade of 60-70.
