The Tunisia 1/2 Dinar Banknote was issued by the Central Bank of Tunisia in 1973. The note has a color combination of green, black, blue, and orange. Its obverse features President Habib Bourguiba, four modern combines harvesting in a field with palm trees. It also shows a man plowing with a camel. The reverse depicts a sailboat on the Bay of Tunis, sheep, a tractor, and a tree with a bird. It also depicts an olive branch, a bowl of fruit, dates with date palm trees, fish, and a branch with fruit. The note contains a solid security thread with printed Arabic text. Its watermark reveals Habib Bourguiba. It is 142 x 71 mm in size and is signed by Mohamed Bousbia and Ali Zouaoui. This particular banknote is in uncirculated condition.
