This uncirculated 5 Dinars Algeria note is a standard circulation banknote issued by the Central Bank of Algeria. It is a blue note that is dated 1970, bear the signatures of Yahia Khelif and Seghir Mostefai, and measures 140 x 75 mm. Its obverse side features oil well derricks, Hoggar mountains, pipeline, Tuareg warrior with shield and sword. Its reverse side shows fennec fox head, mountains and city in distance. Though there is no security thread, there is still a watermark of Abd al-Qadir pattern. This note was withdrawn on 31 December 1998.
